An attorney turned real estate broker, Aimee Stern has earned her place on LA’s real estate A-list because of her unique combination of personalized, relationship-based service, specialized market knowledge and significant legal background.
During more than a decade-long career as a transactional entertainment attorney, Aimee worked at two of the country’s top-tier large law firms, a major television studio, and an entertainment labor union where her diligence, discipline, and conscientiousness well served her high-profile clients. With this foundation, Aimee seamlessly transitioned from the field of law into luxury real estate, first obtaining her broker’s license in 2010.
Since then, Aimee has built a powerful clientele from across the music, film, television, and technology industries. Her professionalism, expertise, and discretion have led to many referrals from business managers, past and current clients, and friends.
There are, of course, parallels between Aimee’s career in entertainment law and real estate. Most importantly, in both careers, Aimee has skillfully represented and guided clients in high-value transactions that have substantial financial and personal implications.

A Los Angeles resident for more than 20 years, Aimee’s career in real estate is fueled by a passion for architecture and design, and the rich, eclectic history of the city she calls home.
Aimee earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Law Review.
In her personal life, Aimee enjoys spending time with her teenage son, Max, who is currently learning to play on guitar many of Aimee’s favorite classic rock and 90s alternative rock songs.
